At Noorak, every product is personalized and made specifically for each customer using their own photos. For this reason, orders are generally considered final once production has started.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is significantly different from the approved order details, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Depending on the situation, Noorak may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A repair

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Personalized or custom-made products after production has started

  • Orders canceled after production has started

  • Confirmation deposits paid for custom orders after production has started

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
